Course Materials and Services Fees (CMSF) are a form of student fees charged to students to upon enrollment in a course with an approved fee. The fee is intended to offset the costs of consumable materials, tools, equipment, technology, or other special costs that provide a “…special supplemental educational experience of direct benefit to the student.”
